WE SAY: On the surface, it looks as though Lamborghini has gone all sensible. The masters of flamboyance might have given the Temerario a less ostentatious look – at least, for a mid-engine supercar – along with a Greenpeace-approved plug-in hybrid drivetrain, but the numbers suggest it's anything but.
With two turbos strapped to a flat-plane crank V8, a hint of electric assistance to help it deliver a dizzying 920 metric horsepower, and an eye-watering price tag to boot, it might lose the glorious V10 soundtrack but the Temerario looks like a winner on all other counts. Lambo's new supercar might have matured, but it's put some muscle on in the process.
